Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Sweet prequel to Star Trek movie!

Star Trek: Nero (Star Trek (IDW)) - J.J. Abrams, Roberto Orci, Alex Kurtzman, Tim Jones, Mike Johnson, David Messina

This is a nice little tale, and gives more insight into Nero.   I still don't quite buy the whole 'it's not exactly my world' reasoning, but that's a plot hole that's built into the movie, so there wasn't much wiggle room here.   Not confronting it at all would be even less plausible than this statement, however, so I accept it as relatively more buyable.

Clean, simple art and a nice background story even if I'm not crazy enough about it to give it five stars. Well worth a read if you're into the Nu!Trek verse, however.

I got this as part of a Humble Bundle along with the DS9 volume I read earlier.
