A litte slow...
Once it got started, it was intriguing - Lewis and Clark fighting monsters? Right up my alley. But between the fact that it was slow to start, the diary entries made it a bit slower and it just wasn't intriguing enough or the pace fast enough for me to put too much effort into finding the second volume.
I may or may not look it up, but at least for now I'm going to concern myself with other graphic novels that I liked more.
