I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
Well, about myself. I am not good at sitting down and just listening to people. As fascinating and illuminating as these panels have been, I can't just sit and listen. I need to be typing or reading, or reorganizing my stuff - something!
So, yeah, my BL addiction continues.
But I really want to give you pictures of all the books I got! If the B&N around here has American Elsewhere I'm going to buy that and try to get Bennett to autograph it after a panel I'm going to tomorrow! And I'm giving blood tomorrow. And I got so many books and anthologies - with robots. Mmmmmm! I spent less than expected, but still more than I'd hoped. But books! And robots! And a lot of them were two dollar books from a used bookseller who was like, 'if I can read your mind, I can find you books. Now the problem is-'
'Robots, sir. I want robots and cyborgs.'
Brief pause, and then a ton of suggestions. When I was like, 'I have to walk away now because I am way too easy when you know what I want,' he laughed, and went, 'naw, you just know what you want, you're not easy.'
It's really sweet that he's trying to protect my honor but at one point my name on another was Slutty Robot Pants. There was a very good reason for this. I am totally easy for robots. If I were on the Lost Light, I'd try to work my way through all the bots. Except Rodimus. And Megatron. The co-captains suck.
