I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
This is why I love novelizations! While the ending to the movie infuriated me, the novelization makes a little more sense. It also reflects the end of Predacon Rising, which I loved. And has hints of the current More Than Meets the Eye arc/season, which I'm also adoring.
Peter David writes the novelization as smoothly as possible, although it is fractured, partly because the action is fragmented in the movies. I've been noticing this in all three so far, and the books make it a little more obvious.
Still... David does far more admirably than Foster did, in my opinion.
I think this is my favorite of the Bayverse novel tie-ins.
