Only okay - Another Scott Nicholson kids book
The rhymes were even more wonky in this one, in my opinion. Huge stretch. The cadences just didn't work for me, but it was okay as a quick kids book read. Only okay, though.
Once again, I felt like the illustrations were better than the writing, but not so amazing that they saved the book. I would read something based on having this illustrator, but unless the writing was really, really good, I couldn't see myself giving it more than a two, or two and a half, star rating.
