I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
This was okay. It gave a little bit of interesting backstories to the characters, but it wasn't super-compelling. The art was great, but the intertwining stories gathered for a journalist's article didn't really compel me to move forward with this very quickly.
And I sort of got to the end, shrugged, and went, 'guess it's finished, then.'
I suck at writing reviews for books that are just 'meh' for me, so I'm going to move onto something that I either love or hate, because I'm good with those reviews.
