But still a favorite book, partly because the majority of it was so strong, and partly because Dinobots!   Eeeee!   Dinobots make me so supremely happy.  

And this, the whole two issues, two arcs?   Kept true, with the narration in the first story by Snarl, and supposedly the second story arc narrated by Slug.   But it didn't really feel like it was.   The art got really bad in the last issue, too.   I feel like both the author and artist were like, 'oh, well, job done, we're being fired so we're gonna phone it in!'  

I don't know.   Maybe they really tried their best, but Primus, Arcee... Not so much her speech, but the art of Arcee was just awful. 

Not to mention that this devolves into a reconciliation that made me go 'wait, what just happened?'   Pretty much the whole ending felt way too sappy for my favorite boys, and I did not like it at all.   

Still, Slug was hilarious, and I liked Blackout in this volume.   It may not upset people as much as it upsets me, but I did not like this ending at all.  So much so that I don't really want to talk about it.  I'm still giving it three and a half stars because the first two issues were awesome, and the third was pretty good, even if the fourth - really the eighth in the series - was full of fail.
