I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
But fairly healthy breakfast, and something I've been having, and craving, lately. Half a bagel - I tend to have a half at a time, you may choose to pop in both halves. Toast it (I don't have a toaster, so it's a toaster oven and I throw it in for three minutes to make it really, really crispy). Put on a thin layer of cream cheese, then add some honey, and then toss on some walnuts (which I crunch up in my hand first.)
Absolutely delicious.
