Fun, cute, but nothing revolutionary...
The formatting and actual photographs are more professional the previous photography on cats that I read. (Earlier tonight.)
There are facts about puppies, and while some are interesting, it's nothing groundbreaking. It's not the reason to buy this book. The photographs are absolutely darling, though, and I would suggest it for this.
But, again, nothing groundbreaking, and you could find similar photographs on the web, so I can't really give it more than two stars.
It was also rather irritating that it would remind us that we were reading The Cutest Puppies Ever by putting this above the photographs every now and then.
