Reading progress update: I've read 301 out of 376 pages.
Having the ninja with the soul-sword end up in Japan is just so damn stereotypical. Love Drift's backstory in his mini-series, love how they made him more than just a stereotype in MTMtE. I say 'they' and I do mean the artist, but the majority of my props goes to James Roberts for writing him so spectacularly. (To be fair, the design screams less stereotype to me, and wasn't really changed. Regardless, the art quality went up in phase two!)
