Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Avengers recast

Avengers (2016-) #1.1 - Mark Waid, Barry Kitson, Jordan Boyd

This is the early days of the Avengers, when the original team dropped out, and Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver joined the team with Captain America.

Except Cap will forever be tainted by Spencer's bullshit Secret Empire, and Wanda was just bratty here.   So I only read it because Medusa was part of the Fearsome Four and even that couldn't get me to buy issue two or invest in this series.

Anticlimatic given how easily the new Avengers are taken out and seeing as I didn't really care much about anyone within this comic, that lowered the tension even more for me.

But Medusa so Inhumans so I reread this.
