I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
I think the background with Loke bumps this up to a four star book. It's complex, and cruel and it's going to make what Loke did - a treasonous act with a singular punishment - something that is righteous.
It's more thoughtful than anything I've read in this series and is making me pay far, far more attention to this.
I've been wanting to expand my comic reading beyond American comics, and this is me starting out. By the way, if you guys have favorite manga, feel free to name drop here. I'm also looking for general European comics, and I'd like to read some Blacksad, as well.
