Reading progress update: I've read 39 out of 120 pages.
So, they know about The Blue, that they live underwater, and Trish has weird power waters that they're like 'what is this????'
Clearly she's one of The Blue - or the Blue Elite, if not The Black. Given the powerful shit she's done, I'm guessing The Black, although Elite Blue wouldn't be out of the question.
