I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
A couple highlights: one comic shop employee says that their grandfather was an Allied soldier captured by the Nazis at one point and refuses. One comic store owner says their employees are LGBTQ, Jewish, or both and not only will they not be dressing up like Hydra, but they'll stop hand selling Marvel comics.
I snorted in laughter when I read the parts about Spider-Man selling his marriage to the devil to make this go away, and the response that it wasn't enough. (And yes, this was an actual Spider-Man story that wasn't popular. I had to read these tweets to my sister, who clued me into this.)
Bleeding Cool's article has some of the better tweets, which makes sense as they wrote the original tweet that those people responded to in the first place.
Ugh, I just... no, WTFNOWHY?
I feel like curling up in a ball and crying. I'd just gotten over a bout of depression and then this.
Can I has cry and nap or ice cream or this:

I absolutely 100% do NOT want to work for Marvel after this bullshit. No-fucking-way. I will however love to work at lovingly preserving and restoring any Marvel comics that aren't Secret Empire!
