I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
And I wasn't sure: I wanted something to eat up some more points, but wasn't sure what to do. I'd read the first Hawkeye volume - My Life As a Weapon - so wanted things I hadn't read yet. Still, Marvel has a pretty awful history with clones. Some of their clones stories are just godawful, like the original clone story where they had to retract and assure everyone Peter Parker was the original and not a clone because everyone hated that storyline.
Still, free, I reminded myself. And new. Bracing myself, I prepared myself for the worst - and was pleasantly surprised. This is not a series where they try to supplant characters, but rather The Jackal uses clones to attack Spider-Man. Rhino's wife is resurrected to motivate him to go after Spider-Man and an even creepier revelation is made at the end; this clone is co-erced, although unsure at first, and will have a far more devastating effect on Spider-Man.
I was absolutely fascinated throughout. Another series I'm looking forward to continuing, possibly in MU+.
