Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Death Of X (2016) #1 (of 4) - Jeff Lemire, Charles Soule, Aaron Kuder

But I did get it for free.   That being said, it wasn't horrible, but I expect better from Soule and Lemire, two of my favorite writers working at Marvel currently.   I found this overwrought, without as much humor or tension as they normally bring to the plate, and while I suspect this will get better, I can't bring myself to pay for further issues.

Still, I read it early in the morning, and it kept me busy waiting for my manager to come into work, so that was nice.

Fandom Wednesday was a little slow today since I had a lot to do: returning things to the library, getting food, and work.  I also agreed to another eight and half hour shift tomorrow, so I probably will try to spend tomorrow after work catching up.
