I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
It used to be that if you shelved things directly from Amazon, it pulled the cover. Not so anymore. I'm not as bothered by this as most, I think. Part of it is that I don't really expect the general public to be interested in my blog or really even the books I read, at least not enough to swoop in and try to read them. I know a couple people are interested and do, but I'm not sure it's enough to make a big deal of it. I'm not a big deal and neither is my blog. I write this for myself first and foremost, and I know what my books look like, so it's just not a big deal for me? If I'm interested in other people's books enough to want to see the cover, I google, so... I don't foresee myself caring enough to change each cover in the near future.
That being said, this was my second post-IDW address fiasco comfort read, and it was dark and perfect. Nanites that are connected to Bloodshot are let loose in an attempt to gain power. Those who want power this badly? They're often very clever and never, ever very moral, and so it's all quite bad. Enough so that Ninjak tracks down Bloodshot along with... the other Bloodshots? I don't know? I didn't really keep up with Bloodshot reborn, so if you're lost just know I am as well.
Things get worse, though, as the power-mongering gets more diabolical than I expected. Things get worse and worse and worse yet again. I may or may not track down the next three issues soon. I would like to get my hands on them - in physical or digital format - at some point, though.
