I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
Magic is still struggling and it's up to Doctor Strange to find it, to protect it, and to curate new magic, putting together new spell books as he gets accustomed to this changed magic.
To be honest, I didn't read last days of magic; I only read the main series. I didn't want the time suck or money suck. I just want to be able to read my series in peace. I particularly didn't want to read Strange written by anyone else. Aaron nails it so much I've lost my taste for the movie version: I'm afraid they won't get him right and I've seen him done wrong so often. It's the small things, the small ways in which Strange is compassionate. He's been too bogged down lately, but seeing as he tackles a demon or magical entity to save one girl this issue, I think he's finally starting to find his balance again.
Not much happened but it's all about the world resettling. I hope with the new storylines starting next month, it'll ramp up a bit then.
