Help me help someone
Someone asked for help, and I realized that I promised what I could not do. So I'm seeking help on their behalf. (They can out themselves if they want; I will not do it to them.)
They wanted to post a background picture. Easy-peasy!
They want to make it static.
My Google-fu and poking at the coding has failed to make images static. (And yet I managed not to fuck up my page! Yay!)
