Sighs.   I remember this about the demon baby souls.  It's a whole bunch of WTFery, including the whole babies who are evil aspect.   

And then there's this, which is what Iron Man says to the man who stole Wanda's babies and turned them into his arms: 

Alright villain who's willing to kidnap babies, and torture them.   (Seriously, they look like they're in a lot of pain in some panels.)   We'll totally trust that you want them safe.   That sounds like the most logical assumption ever to make.

Look, all I'm saying is he's had a history of alcoholism in the comics, and I feel like he might be super drunk when he said this, because it just makes zero sense to me without drunk goggles.
