I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
I know that there was one terribad experience, but I am one of the easier customers. If you deliver top notch service the majority of the time, I overlook even one terribad experience. I am going to buy the expensive MU+ plan, and I also will continue supporting Marvel.
They found my Gwenpool code, since my Gwenpool digital code peeled off weirdly. The first letter looked like a T, but was an F. I messaged them on Twitter late last night; they got back to me today. Good on them.
I also didn't get a sub I asked for on this at Newbury, and I overlooked that. The guys there have been in general awesome to me. Along with Gwenpool and the Vision toy I showed you guys, I got a nifty Vision shirt that was on a six dollar sale rack. They plan on doing more comic grab bags, and I will pick up more of those. I did get the two graphic novels that I kept from them, and while they were also on sale at least 50% off, that's money going to them rather than somewhere else. And they were add-ons when I really just went for Gwenpool.
Basically, I've become even easier, I think, as a customer. Or more forgiving. I do have a complaint about Build-a-Bear, but it's also a question so new post soon.
