I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
And it really has a lot of interesting things going for it: the new Inhuman colony is matriarchal, and Flint's new family could be quite conniving. But the problem with utopias is that there is very little drama, and especially in a comic book, this seems less exciting. Soule manages to set up a lot of future story here, though, between Flint's sister possibly doing things behind the council's back, and Ana Kravinoff - yup, Kraven the Hunter's daughter - possibly trying to undermine everyone.
The reunion between Flint and his family felt a bit forced, and then there's the fact that Flint isn't my favorite character. I wanted to get back to Crystal, and even Gorgon and how he was treated by the matriarchs, but just got a whole bunch of Flint.
Still, like I said, Soule's setup here is excellent and at least the cover to #8 looks more exciting. We'll see, but I wish they'd get back to more of the whole Royal Family thing. It turns out I like the Inhuman Royal Family the most.
