I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
And I can't quite figure out why not. I love how they're developing the overall story arc and I love how they're turning someone who could have been an old ally into someone who's just so completely and horribly manipulative, making it fit the continuity and making it a natural progression of character. We're seeing a pretty good, in-depth look at the corruption of this man, despite the fact that he thinks he's acting on behalf of the public's well being.
I think it comes down to I liked certain interactions - and they've split up the characters I like working together, and have substituted characters I don't know, don't really care about and don't care to know better at this point.
I'm hoping things come together quickly, but honestly I only have two more issues from the Humble Bundle. And an annual. After that, moving onto DC books as I've redone my goal for the week.
