I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
Ashley is the character I least relate to as she's all about boys. I'm still annoyed at how she's made fun of by Scarlett in her own head and apparently with Avery in previous conversations about her dating habits. If she were a boy I doubt they'd mock her or look down on her for serial dating or for being upset about relationships ending. But she is.
And then Scarlett comments on how Ashley comes home from first dates with her her shirt on inside out, in a derogatory way. The most upsetting thing is the letter that came with this that gave me the impression that this was going to be more empowering. I'm not finding that at all. Love Uppercase's CS and extras but I'm not impressed with the book choice so far.
