Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Metal Men (2007-) #3 - Duncan Rouleau, Duncan Rouleau

I love this for the Metal Men, but am still unengaged by the time travel storyline.   I'm also not that interested in Magnus' love life since he insists on ignoring Platinum in favor of Helen, a human woman he's chasing after.   Ugh.   So frustrating!   That being said, Platinum doesn't seem to mind and still flirts with Will.

Morrow's showing up and turning the Metal Men into the Death Metal Men was interesting, but I kind of saw what had happened before it was revealed.  I was more interested in how Magnus saved them, and was glad that for a series bearing their name, they finally got to take center stage.

The art continues to charm me; there is something so adorable about it all, so clean and neat, that I just can't help loving this series for the art alone.

I hope this trend continues, and we get to see more of the Metal Men, though.
