Reading progress update: I've read 64 out of 268 pages.
This is my precious.
One of the books I'd picked up at the used bookstore. I used to LOVE the Secret of NIMH. I need to see it now again. I'm entranced by this book and to be honest anthropomorphized animals usually do not do it for me, at least not in books.
I didn't think this would do it for me. It may be better than the movie. Must see movie again to compare.
Also, this was inside the front cover. I love finding old notes in old books.
