I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
True, it's still not my favorite series. It's not even my favorite series between the two New Riverdale series.
But I am loving it. Furthermore, they managed to keep the artistic style fairly consistent although they seem to be cycling through artists. I wonder if Staples is taking some time off from this series, or has dropped it? Either way, I really like the new artists, too.
Jughead and Betty are trying to break up Archie and Ronnie, because they think she treats him like a puppy. Archie pieces it together, and tells them not to come to Ronnie's party, which she's throwing to try and get to know her classmates better. She roped Archie into setting up the tent, because her father forbid her from using any of their employees.
And yet, Betty finally sees that Veronica sees something in Archie. She's okay with them, even if it does end up blowing up in Archie's face. Because it's his choice to make.
I wonder how this will all play out in the end... and I never thought I'd be anticipating more Archie.
