Lovely interpretation of this world!
It's a shameless, and adorable, reinterpretation of the Top Cow universe, focusing on the Witchblade and the Darkness. It's also getting more complex: the situation, the new characters, have been set up and it's ready to really tear into Angelus and what the Witchblade can do.
It's nice to get a little bit of Sara Pezzini, too.
It looks like the former Witchblade bearers will be coming into the next issue, too, which is going to be a lot of fun. Great art, a great storyline building upon a world we already know and turning it on its head.
