I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
I kinda love it. She's clever, she's snarky, and she doesn't put up with his bullshit. Nor does she allow his bullshit to keep her from doing exactly what she wants to do.
She's pretty kick-ass, even compared to a lot of modern gals, and she's babysitting a man-baby, just because she needed his plane. Although the ending indicates that she might not be babysitting for him all that much longer...
Lovely dialogue and while the characters are antagonistic towards each other, they're supposed to be that way. I do kinda hope they don't end up being buddies, because I kinda love them as frenemies.
Love, love, love. One of the Battleworld series I regret not picking up.
