Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Aphrodite IX Rebirth Volume 2 Tp - Matt Hawkins, Stjepan Sejic

Did I mention how much I was enjoying Top Cow?   I didn't download Artifacts volume 2 before I'd downloaded a whole bunch else, so, yes, I'll be jumping around titles.  I also want to read some more in this universe before dealing with Artifacts, as so much else - what happened to The Darkness and Witchblade for example - are referenced in Artifacts. I figured I'd start out with this since I'd enjoyed the art so much, although I'll probably move onto Witchblade and Darkness - or maybe Cyber Force Rebirth. (And Aphrodite IX/Cyber Force which is what this volume suggests to read next.  I'm guessing that Cyber Force Rebirth Volume two is also a prelude to that issue, so I may read that first, then the crossover, then move onto Witchblade and Darkness.   Navigating these volumes is turning out to be more complicated than expected...)

This picks up right where volume two left off, and while, yeah, it expanded the world, it also left me with a lot more questions.   Although I won't be getting any more via Humble Bundle - this is the last volume they offered - I will be looking for more of this later on.   It didn't feel like it had ended, and I want to see where the story is going.

I'm really enjoying the techno aspects of this too: cyborgs and androids, and a singularity type event.   All of which makes this whole series all that much more enjoyable for me.
