Didn't work for me as much
The writing, mostly. It was all in character, but it just didn't feel like it added to the narrative we already had. I felt like I got to know the characters more, like light was shed on them in the other two series, and not so much with this.
I'm feeling kinda down and am drowning my anxiety and sadness with reading. This was good enough to give the second issue a chance, but at this point, I'm less upset that I only have one more issue left.
