I'll compare a little later on, but so far, don't like the way Joker's written (he seems off, not as nasty as usual in some ways, and a little saner than I expected), there's no hint of Harley's bisexuality, and it doesn't break the fourth wall at all. 

So far, the next run is superior.   Lower star rating for this, but probably a three to four if it continues along this way.   I do hope it picks up a little soon, though.
