Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Fantastic start!

Deadpool Vol. 1: Secret Invasion - Paco Medina, Daniel Way

Deadpool gets sent to stop a Skrull invasion, which is hilarious.   Because how do you stop super Skrulls?   Just go fucking nuts on them.  Or, y'know, send in Deadpool.   It felt like a short arc, but it was perfection in it's simplicity.    It felt satisfying.

The next arc has Deadpool going up against zombies.   When he isn't being confused for a zombie.   It wasn't at all what I expected, but I laughed out loud more than once.  Deadpool is in the hands of an amazing writer, and I'm eager to get onto volume two.

I didn't take any screencaps because I was just enjoying this volume too damn much.
