Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I haven't read this far in Uncanny Avengers Volume one, and I didn't see this coming - at all.   Once I got past the tone of the original, I started enjoying it, very much.   I still think some humor, or some more, wouldn't hurt, and would help ease the tension and make it more bearable.   

Then again: Wanda and Simon?   Oooh, yes.  Also, why couldn't that stick, dammit!   And Thor and Vision and Hulk and Stark and everyone trying to save the Earth?   I was on the edge of my seat all the time.   The characters were perfection and while the dark tone was appropriate, it could've been slightly less dark.   Other than that, though?   The writing, the plot, the art?  I pretty much loved it all. 

I really, really am continuing to enjoy this series.  I hope I get to finish it, despite me really not enjoying the Marvel reader all that much.
