Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Another Five Stars for Marvel

Uncanny X-Men, Vol. 2: Broken - Brian Michael Bendis, Frazer Irving, Chris Bachalo, Kris Anka

So far my insane book splurge?   Totally worth it!  I've loved everything I've read so far.

I wasn't sure how Uncanny X-Men would go on after the events of A vs. X.   But Bendis makes it work, makes it believable, and in fact turns it into one hell of a ride.

Also, the artwork is more amazing than it has been in many of the others.   There was just something so unique about the painterly art.   (There were two artists, who took different issues.)

But ice cream cake and more graphic novels call my name now so this isn't going to be a very long review.
