Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

Fantastic ending to this trilogy!

Transformers: Primacy - Chris Metzen, Flint Dille

This story started in Autocracy and continued in Monstrosity.   It ends with Primacy.   It's the story of how the Autobot/Decepticon war started, and it's the story of how Orion

Pax became Optimus Prime.   It's the end of the beginning of Prime's story.

It also ties together much of what came before, including the Dynobots, Trypticon, the Junkions and the bitterness that Megatron feels towards Prime.   But it also introduces new aspects, like Prime's new guardian, and weaves these elements into the story flawlessly.

The art is dark and gorgeous and painted.   Absolutely brilliant.   I only wish there were another volume to this.
