I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.
These comics include a vegetable garden full of veggies that you eat - and human vegetables, the tip of a penis-shaped iceberg, and a couple rape/rapist jokes. The majority of them are hilarious, and while some of them I've either seen before or just flat out didn't find funny, most of this is really, really good.
However, the fact that it includes this kind of crude, and blunt, humor may turn some people off. I found it charmingly frank, however, and while there were rape jokes, there was no victim blaming. (The touched by an angel joke, where the child is teary-eyed, and the angel is being led by cops in handcuffs is an example of something I've both seen before sand how there can be rape/sexual assault jokes that don't blame the victim.)
I honestly wasn't aware of this going in, and I had read the sample in the Storybundle. A lot of the raunchier stuff comes later, and a lot of it isn't raunchy, or distasteful at all. A lot of it is. In a lot of ways it's a mixed bag.
Still, it was an hour or less of a read, and I laughed out loud multiple times. I think I would have liked it more if I'd been more prepared for what was coming, though.
