So, remember what I said about this not being that bad? Well, it is. The fact that a man has twins, and the girl creates Shadowman? Yeah, not what Loa are about.
And the last issue didn't work for me. I don't want many short stories. This is such a complex world that it deserves longer stories.
Again, love the world building itself, don't like that it piggybacks on something it believes to be exotic and that it fetishizes. And it gets worse in this volume. Very little chance of me paying more for this series.
