Grimlock ♥ Ultra Magnus

I'm a well read grad student who's bluntly honest about all things, although I try to be most honest about myself.

So, I can't get on board with robot genocide...

Descender #1 - Jeff Lemire, Dustin Nguyen

Nope.   This really should have been a five star book: the story is amazing, the art is... even more amazing, and the characterizations are spot on.   I was going with the whole robot don't exist thing, but the way that they are hunted down and 'culled'?   That reference to that?

Ugh.  I spent the whole rest of the issue desperately trying not to vomit.  I don't see myself continuing with this series.

Look, guys, I'm just saying metal>meat.   Every single time.   If it comes down to saving meatbags or one robot?   I will pick the robot.   Every single time.

I'm gonna go curl up in a corner and cry now.
